1. Delivery Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Deliveries within Abuja typically take 1–2 working days, while nationwide deliveries take 3–5 working days, depending on location.
Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or delivered in error.
To qualify for a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.
Returned items must remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
Once approved, we will arrange an exchange or replacement as appropriate.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for orders cancelled before shipment or where the product is out of stock.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the same payment channel used for purchase.
Atarah Beauty does not offer cash refunds for products already delivered, except where replacement is not possible.
